Adversity has a way of showing up uninvited. It shakes things up, throws off our plans, and makes us question everything we thought was steady and certain. Typically we see those moments as setbacks but I’ve come to make an effort to see them differently.
Those bumps in the road are often the very first signs that something deeper is shifting. That something within you is ready to heal.
Growth rarely arrives wrapped in comfort. It usually comes disguised as discomfort, confusion, or even loss. But if you pay attention, those hard moments are clearing space. They’re breaking down old patterns, old beliefs, old versions of you that can’t come with you where you’re going.
Healing isn’t always gentle. Sometimes it looks like things falling apart before they come back together stronger, clearer, and more aligned.
So if you’re in the middle of a challenge right now, don’t rush to label it as a setback or failure. It might actually be the beginning of something powerful. A reset. A realignment. A return to who you were always meant to be.
Trust the process, even when it’s messy. Especially when it’s messy.
And remember to say THANK YOU along the way.
